Mrs. Freeman

Mrs. Ola E. Freeman, 93, 90 Missina Way, Atlanta, died Sunday evening in an Atlanta hospital.
A native of Floyd County, she was born Jan. 2, 1889, the daughter of the late William and Ella Thrash Evans. Mrs. Freeman had resided in Rome and Floyd County a greater part of her life and was a member of the Baptist church. She was preceded in death by her husband, Clarence in 1970.
Survivors include nine daughters, Mrs. Myrtle Wright, Rome, Mrs. Marie Maxey, Armuchee, Mrs. Gladys Lackey, Rome, Mrs. Bernice Hightower, Cedartown, Mrs. Sarah Tucker, Atlanta, Mrs. Chalotte Kornagy, Atlanta, Mrs. Susan Cormany, Atlanta and Mrs. Bobbie Parker, Decatur, 15 grandchildren, 21 great-grandchildren and one great-great grandchild.
Graveside services will be held at 1 p.m. Wednesday at Sunset Hills Memorial Gardens with the Rev. J.A Nolan officiating.
