Sister Bertha Gribble, passed away the 11th day of February 1986. She was the oldest member of our church, and we feel one of the most dedicated members, she is and always will be missed by all, we feel our loss was God�s gain. In loving memory of Sister Bertha Gribble.
On May 5th 1986, it pleased God of all Grace and mercy to call from us our Beloved Sister Lula DeFreese, and we bow to God�s will as humble as we know how.
On Oct. 23, 1985, our much beloved Brother Eugene I Rushing, was called by his God to come home to be with him forever. He was loved by all and will be missed very much.
On February 17, 1986, our much loved Brother; Elder A B Brock was called by his God to come home to him. We all miss him so very much, and the spiritual food he so wonderfully fed us that we so very much needed from time to time.

In loving memory of Sister Emily Brock Fugua and Sister Ruth Brock. Both were dedicated members as long as they were able. We will miss them now, more than ever. They are gone forever. We feel our loss is God�s gain.
Union
In loving memory of Sister Pauline Climer, born February 4, 1907 and died September 18, 1987. She was a very faithful member and clerk of Union Primitive Baptist Church for many years. She and her husband, Houston, who were married 53 years, were taken suddenly form our midst in a tragic automobile accident as they were on their way to the Euharlee Association.
They were dedicated to not only Union, but all the surrounding churches and will be greatly missed by all who knew them.
The Lord knows best in all things.

On May 13, 1989, God saw fit to call Elder J C Ball from our midst. He was born on August 16, 1928, and was a faithful member of Friendship Church, Catoosa County, GA, for many years.
Elder Ball was a beloved brother and a faithful servant of God, one that walked humbly with his God and fellow man. He is greatly missed by family, church, and all that knew him.

Sister Gertie Giles was a member of the South Lindale Primitive Baptist Church for many years where she attended faithfully until they discontinued services there. She later joined Silver Creek Primitive Church, but due to illness did not get to go regularly. She was a kind, loving sister and will be missed by all.

Brother Hoyt W Carroll was born April 24, 1913, and was called to his heavenly home on February 21, 1997.
There he will have no more pain, sickness or sorrow. He was a devoted and faithful member and deacon of Silver Creek Primitive Baptist Church for many years. Although he was in ill health for several years, he attended services regularly at his Church up until about two months preceding his death.
He fought a good fight. He finished his course. He kept the faith.
He will be greatly missed by his family, Church, and friends, but our earthly loss is his eternal gain.

Mrs. Ruby Cloud, a longtime member of Silver Creek Church passed away on September 8, 1997. She had been unable to attend services for many years due to ill health. It is always sad to lose a member by death, but our loss is her eternal gain.
