        Mr. and Mrs. D.W. Stephens, formerly of this county but now living near Roswell, celebrated their golden wedding on July 25. Their children and grandchildren and a host of friends and relatives were present to honor the occasion. Two of their sons from a distance were W.E. Stephens of Thomasville, Georgia and John B. Stephens of Roanoke, Virginia.
