Last Will and Testament of
Joshua Parks Flemming

I Joshua Parks Flemming of said state & county, being of sound and
disposing mind &
memory do make this my last Will & Testament hereby revoking all others
heretofore
made by me.
Item First: I direct that my Extr. first of all pay my debts.
Item Second: I give & bequeath unto my daughter Elizabeth Beatrice
Flemming to be
disposed of by her as she sees fit & to be hers & her heirs & assigns
forever in fee simple
the following property, to wit: The East half ot he North half of lot
of land No. Eighty
One (81) in the Fourth District of said county of Coweta containing
fifty acres & also the
six acres bought by me from T. J. McKoy, Sr., off of the South half of
same Lot which is
my Dwelling & all out houses & garden & stables & horse lots and which
six acres joins
said first mentioned fifty acres & also all my Household & kitchen
furniture & all my
wagons Carts & buggies & Farming utensils.
Item Third: I give to my son Mack Flemming Fifty Dollars.
Item Fourth: I give and bequeath unto the children now living of my son
W. E.
Flemming One hundred Dollars to be paid to my said son W. E. Flemming &
he to use
same for said children without having to make returns to any Court as to
his acts &
doings in the premises.
Item Fifth: I do not give anything to my daughter Martha Ann McKoy,
because I feel I
have heretofore given her & her husband as much as any of my children,
except my
daughter Elizabeth Beatrice will receive by this will.
Item Fifth (sic): I give to my daughter Francis Adamson one half of the
remainder of my
estate and unto the two daughters of my son James B. Flemming deceased,
the other half
of said remainder.
Item Sixth: I appoint James B. Strong Extr. of this will This 19th May
1890.

Signed declared & published by Joshua Parks Flemming as his last Will &
Testament in
the presence of us the subscribers who subscribed our names hereto in
the presence of
said Testator at his instance & request & of each other, he signing in
our presence & we
