Vickers + McGovern VICKERS-McGOVERN MARRIAGE SOLEMNIZE THURSDAY

Of cordial interest to a wide circle of friends was the marriage of Miss Eliza McGovern to Mr. Newbern Vickers which was solemnized on Thursday at high noon at the home of the bride near Douglas, the ceremony being performed by Rev. Smith, of Albany.
The bride who is a young lady of the lovely brunette type was never more beautiful than on this occasion. Her dress was of tan georgette with accessories to match. Mrs. Vickers is the daughter of Mr. and Mrs. John McGovern and has host of friends in this city. She was employed at Clark-Smith Sanitarium where she was a student nurse.
The groom is the son of Mr. and Mrs. M. E. Vickers of this city and holds a responsible position with the Georgia & Florida shops here. The many friends of this young couple know of their marriage with pleasurable interest and wish for them much happiness.
