Remember also, to be specific when you are requesting a lookup. Give the volunteer all the pertinent information that you have such as: Name, Date of Birth, Marriage, etc. Do not ask the volunteer to send you "whatever you can find on John Jones" or "The Jones Family" and expect them to send everything they find.
