This Cemetery would be classed as "Abandoned" under GA Code 36-72-2. It is located on the west side of Mableton Parkway (formerly known as Gordon Rd.) between its intersections with Old Alabama Rd. and Pine Valley Rd. (84degrees 34min 20 sec - 33 degrees 48 minutes 40 seconds). It is across the street from a building bearing a street address of 5841. The cemetery is located above the road where Mableton Parkway right-of-way is graded through a wooded knoll; therefore, is not visible from the roadway. The owner of an adjacent barbershop made me aware of this cemetery. He told me that the last activity he knew of at the cemetery was years ago when some people came from around Carroll County, GA to placed a monument up there. He knows of no other details. The entire knoll where the cemetery is located is overgrown and heavily wooded. The remains of a short iron wire fence (rusted down) and post are visible and appears to have originally enclosed an area about 10 x 50 feet. Outside the fence I noted indentions in the soil that might indicate additional graves.

The only marker on the site is the one mentioned by the barber and is inscribed and spaced as follows:
