Sheriff Sale - Indian Spring Property

Will be sold at the public outcry before the courthouse door in the town of Jackson, Butts county between the legal hours of said on the first Tuesday in May next, the following property to wit: Lot of land number 104, containing one hundred and twenty acres lying on and adjoining the Indian Spring reserve. Levied on as the property of John B. Dumble, to satisfy one tax fi fa for 1876 in favor of State and county vs John B. Dumble. Tenant in possession notified

Also at the same time and place the following property to wit: One hundred and twenty acres of land as the property of John B. Dumble, lot 104 lying on and adjoining the Indian Spring reserve. Levied on to satisfy 2 fi fas 1875 in favor of the state and county vs John B. Dumnble. Property pointed out by defendant
