Whereas Harrold N. Byars applies to me for letters of Guardianship of the property of Harrold M. Amos, a minor child of John R. Amos who has separate property in his own right and who is under the age of 14 years.
These are therefore to cite and admonish all persons interested to be and appear at my office on the second Monday in January next, to show cause, if any they have why said letter should not be granted.
