This indenture made this the Twenty Ninth day of December the Year of our Lord
One Thousand Eight Hundred and Twenty Nine, between Isaac Lous of the one part,
Mary Young of the second part. Both of the County and State aforesaid,
witnesseth, that the said Isaac Lous for and in consideration of the sum of
four hundred dollars to him in hand paid the receipt, whereof he only
acknowledges hath granted bargains and sold all the following tract or parcel
of land lying and being in the first district of Henry at the time of survey,
now Butts county known by No. (94) ninety four, containing Five Hundred, Two
and a half acres to the same more or less. To have and to hold said tract on
Lot 1 of land from______________and assign and from all other persons unto said
Mary Young, her heirs and assigns forever in fee simple. In witness whereof
the said I Lous hath hereunto set his hand and seal the day and date first
above written. In present of, signed , sealed and delivered in the presents

coud possibly be a mispelling of the name
