Surveyed: 24 February 1999 By the Butts Co. Ga. Geneological Society.
The Heflin Family Cemetery is located in Eastern Spalding County just west of the Butts County Line. From the Butts County Courthouse, take GA Hwy 16 West for 5.2 miles and turn right on Dean Patrick Road. Travel northwest for 2 miles and turn left on Fletcher Lane for .1 mile and the turn left on Indian Trail for 1.3 miles. After crossing the Towaliga River Bridge into Spalding County continue on for .4 mile and the cemetery is off the road to the right about 50 yards. It is a small cemetery and most of the headstones have fallen over.
