Know all men by these present That I Jordan Heath Senr of County and state aforesaid for divers good causes and considerations we hereto ????????????? have this day freely given and released and do by these present freely give and release unto my grandson Green Oglesbee of said county all that parcel of land as represented in the annexed plat lying and being in said county and State containing fifty-two acres be the same more or less being part of a three hundred acre tract originally granted to myself. To have and to hold said parcel of land unto him the said Green Oglesbee his heirs and assigns together with all and singular the rights ???????? and appurtenances thereof to the same in any manner belonging to his and their own proper use benefit and belong forever in fee Simple and the said Jordan Heath Senr for himself his heirs executors and admnrs the said given ?????????? unto the said G. Oglesbee his heirs and assigns will warrant and forever defend the right and title thereof against ourselves.
