Land grant to John Hagin in Effingham County,
Georgia for 650 acres in 1791
Land warrant for 100 acres issued to John Hagin
in Bullock county, Georgia on 9-5-1796, surveyed 11-2-1797 by James Bird.
6-13-1795. R 11/14/1796: Indenture between John
Hagin of Bryan County and John Lowther of Bullock County 5 shillings sterling,
100 acres being part of a tract of land to John Hagin 12-25-1793. Witnesses:
William Williams, Absolam Hagin
1-3-1801, R. 2-13-1802; Indenture between John
Hagin, Planter and his wife Mary and David Lee, all of Bullock county, $50.00
for 50 acres, part of tract of 300 acres granted said John Hagin bounded by
said John Hagin and Robert W. Powell's land. S/John Hagin and Mary Hagin, his
wife. Witnesses: Elias Jernigain, James Bird, JP.
4-11-1803, R. 2-10-1806; John Hagins, planter
Bullock County, sold to William McCall and Josiah Everitt, planters Bullock
county, for $1000.00 - 900 acres in three tracts in Effingham County now
Bullock County on Spring Creek adjoining O. Bowens, Witnesses: John Lowther,
David Lee. Mary Hagin quit claim on above land.
