Records show that two brothers and a sister, Ebenezer, Jimpsey, and Louisa, came to southeast Georgia and settled in the counties of Charlton, Wayne. Portions of these counties were later distributed in August, 1920, to Brantley County.
Greg Wainright, a descendant of these Harris', has done extensive research on identifying their source, as well as the names of their parents ancestors.
