Notes: During a trip to Macon in November 1999 I visited the cemetery and documented all of the
visible gravesites therein. Only a few were newly renovated. A large number of the graves were
old and uncared for; many were sunken or grown over, while several had broken or worn headstones.
Most of my own family members graves were not found. I have tried to document each grave in its
entirety and in the actual order in each row (hence, no alphabetical order). The Mosley Cemetery
lies directly next to this one but I did not have time to cover it on this trip. Happy hunting!
