Lynda W. Tillman, age 56, of Brunswick passed away
Saturday, October 30, 2004 at Southeast Georgia Health
System-Brunswick Campus.
Ms. Tillman was a native of Coffee County. She
graduated from Coffee County High School in 1968 and
had been a resident of Brunswick for the past 26
years. She retired from Sterling Wood Products and was
employed part-time at Twin Oaks BBQ in Brunswick.
She was preceded in death by her parents, Milton Lee
Waters and Florence Vera Moore Waters.
She is survived by two brothers, Dub (Darlene) Waters
of Brunswick, Georgia and Bobby (Brenda) Waters of
Alma; a nephew, Ken Waters of Alma; a niece, Tonia
(Tommy) Hull of Brunswick, Georgia; a niece, Kimberly
(James) Crosby of Alma; a nephew, Michael (Lacey)
Waters of Brunswick, Georgia; a niece, Karissa
(Jeremy) Norris of Alma; a nephew, Jason Waters of
Brunswick, Georgia and several great nieces and
nephews.
A memorial service was held at Edo Miller and Sons
Funeral Home at 3 p.m. Thursday, November 4, 2004,
with the Rev. Thad Harvey officiating.
The family requests that memorial contributions be
made to the American Heart Association, Union Street,
Brunswick, Georgia 31520.
Honorary pallbearers were Dr. William Laws & Staff.
