66. James Johnson ⁽¹²⁾ was born on Jan 18 1802 in Pennsylvania or Ohio. He died on Oct 8 1859 in Allen County, Indiana. He was buried in Uniontown Cemetery, Wells County, Indiana. He was married to Rebecca Baxter on Jun 23 1825 in In Pennsylvania or Ohio. Last Will & Testament of James Johnson

I, James Johnson of Allen County Indiana do make and publish this my last
will and testament. First I direct that my body be decently interred and that
my funeral be conducted in a manner corresponding with my Estate and situation
in life and as such Worldly Estate as it has pleased God to entrust me with, I
dispose and bequeath of the same in the following manner, to wit:
First I direct that all my just debts and funeral expenses be paid as soon
after my decease as possible out of the first money that shall come to hand of
my Estate. I direct that NOAH, my oldest Son receive fifty dollars, seventy
dollars that he has received and the aforesaid fifty will make one hundred and
twenty. I direct that my daughter FRANCES receive Seventy five dollars. I
direct that my daughter ISABELL receive Forty dollars and her oldest Son,
VANDERELL, thirty five dollars. I direct that my daughter, HARRIET, receive
Seventy five dollars. I direct that my Son ISAAC receive one hundred dollars.
I direct that Elizabeth my daughter receive Seventy five dollars. I direct
that my son JACOB receive one hundred and twenty dollars. I direct that my Son
HARVEY receive One hundred and twenty dollars. I direct that LEWIS my Son
receive One hundred and twenty dollars. I direct that my son JOSIAH receive
Seventy five dollars. I direct that MARTHA receive Seventy five dollars. I
direct that my daughter ALTHA ANN receive seventy five dollars. I direct that
my Son JOHN J. receive one hundred and twenty dollars, the aforesaid sums to
be paid after my decease and after the decease of my dear wife and to effect
this my intent, I hereby vest my Executor with full power and authority to
dispose of my real Estate in fee simple in as full and ample a manner in every
respect as I could myself do if living, and if any remains, to be divided in
proportion to each ones share and I further declare and direct that my dear
wife Rebecca shall have full possession of the home place known as the West
1/2 of the South West 1/4 of Section 31 Township 29 Range 12 East and the
North East 1/4 of the South East 1/4 of Section 36 Township 29 of Range
Eleven. And I hereby make and ordain my worthy and esteemed friend W. S.
Robison Executor of this my last will and testament.
In witness whereof I, James Johnson, this testator, have hereunto set my hand
and seal this twenty seventh day of September in the year of our Lord Eighteen
hundred and fifty nine.

Sealed Signed published and declared by the above named James Johnson as his
last will and Testament in the presence of us who have hereunto subscribed our
names as Witnesses thereto in the presence of the said Testator and in the
presence of each other.

67. Rebecca Baxter ⁽¹³⁾ was born on Jan 17 1805 in Washington County, Pennsylvania. She died on Dec 28 1891 in Allen County, Indiana.⁽¹⁴⁾ She was buried in Uniontown Cemetery, Wells County, Indiana. Children were:

i. Noah Johnson⁽¹³⁾ was born on Apr 27 1826.
ii. Frances Johnson⁽¹³⁾ was born on Jul 13 1827.
iii. Isabella Johnson⁽¹³⁾ was born on Dec 8 1828. She died in Dec 1860.

v. Isaac Johnson⁽¹³⁾ was born on Aug 3 1832.
vi. Jacob Johnson was born on Mar 15 1834.
vii. Abraham Johnson was born on Jun 3 1836. He died on Oct 13 1836.
viii. Harvey Johnson⁽¹⁵⁾ was born on Jul 18 1837.
ix. Elisabeth Johnson⁽¹⁵⁾ was born in Apr 1839.
x. Louis Johnson⁽¹⁵⁾ was born on Dec 27 1840. He died in 1905.
xi. Josiah Johnson⁽¹⁵⁾ was born on Dec 15 1842. He was also known as Cyrus.
xii. Martha Johnson⁽¹⁵⁾ was born on Feb 25 1845.
xiii. Altha Ann Johnson⁽¹⁵⁾ was born on Dec 26 1847.
xiv. John J. Johnson⁽¹⁵⁾ was born on Mar 3 1849. He died on Apr 18 1864.
