Geographic Names Information System (GNIS) - Have you heard of a locality but not sure where it is? Or do you want to know what cemeteries are located in a given county (at least those that show up on a USGS map)? This database will help you find it and then look at a map showing the location through several different types of mapping services. It includes many cemeteries and churches by name as well as many other features of interest!
