Betty, For what it's worth, I plugged in your Lat/Long coordinates for Simpsons
Cemetery on my StreetMaps software and came up with the attached map. The
little cross right in the middle of the map was already there, at exactly
the coordinates you specified. I'm forwarding to you in case you would want
to post it, if someone wants to actually walk the ground where it was.

Simpson cemetery showed as being on Nobles road.Glen checked into the matter and you can see Simpson cemetery is no more. Wayne Carpenter
Simpson Cemetery was never located by anyone in the past 30 or 40 years though. I talked to Herman McMillan who used to farm that land there where that map shows it a cemetery. Herman said he had never found any sign of a cemetery out there. Herman has lived in this area for his whole life and he is in his 80s. So it would supprise me if we ever found any proof of the SIMPSON CEMETERY. Glen Nobles
The SIMPSON CEMETERY is on land that used to be my William Harrison Nobles
place, but the graves that were put there are not visible any longer and
no one knows where they were. I know the area where the cemetery was, but
there is no sign where the graves are any more. I don't know of anyone who
knows either I really think it is a lost cause. It has been an intrigue with
me for the 35 years I have lived here. Glen Nobles
