Directions: From Grand Ridge, FL. Take Hwy 69 North to traffic light in Greenwood, FL. (15.8 miles) At traffic light go straight ahead onto Hwy C162. Go 2 miles to hwy C167/Old US Road. Turn right onto Hwy C167/Old US Road and go 2.1 miles to Farm Road. There is also a sign Hays Cemetery Road. Take this driveway which goes behind a mobil home and drive onto the cemetery. You will have to drive through tall grass to the wrought iron fence. It is about 300 feet from hwy to Cemetery. | |||||
Second way to reach Hays Cemetery is leave Marianna, FL on Hwy 90 East. When you reach Hwy 71 North turn left and go to traffic light in Greenwood, FL. Turn Left (west) onto hwy C162 and follow instructions in previous paragraph. |

Third way is leave Marianna, FL. On Hwy C167/Old US Road Nirth. When you reach Hwy C162 go straight on across it. It is then 2.1 miles to Farm Road and hays Cemetery Road. This cemetery is old with trees and vegetation growing plentiful. There are wrought iron fences |

Note: This cemetery is old with trees and vegetation growing plentiful. There are wrought iron fences for some family plots. One single grave had a very large oak tree in it. The roots had ruined the marble slab and part of the wrought iron fence was at least 2 feet into the tree trunk. |
