David Fay (1769-1859) married Electa Smith as his fourth wife. He and Electa had six children; Orlin knows very little of the six. He provides a short list: Sarah Ann and her husband Mr. Giddings of VT; Phillip S. and Benjamin A., who lived in Ohio; Electa who married twice; Lucy, who married twice; and Sophia who married Mr. Lombard. In fact, all of these moved to Ohio and their movements can be traced from there.

There is one mystery here: "where are David and Electa in 1850?" David, according to Orlin, did not die until 1859; by 1860, Electa is in Ohio with her son Phillip. But I cannot find David or Electa in 1850.
