38. Pardon Kise FAY9,10 was born on September 24, 1810 in
Sturbridge, MA, or, according to Orlin, in Warren, MA.
He was a teacher and a farmer.
He died on July 5, 1876 in Middletown, CT, and was buried in
Westfield Cemetery.
He was married to Martha Augusta CLARK (daughter of Timothy CLARK
and Sarah or Sally DOWD)
on February 16, 1834 in Middletown, CT, by Stephen Topliff.
Martha Augusta CLARK11 was born on February 26, 1814 in
Westfield District, Middletown, CT. She died on August 17, 1900 in Middletown, CT, and was buried on August 18, 1900 in Westfield Burying Ground,
Westfield, CT, Miner Cemetery.12
Dr Laurence signed death certificate, and the Minister was the Rev. Mr. Hubbard.

and Fannie JOHNSON) on April 10, 1866 in Long Hill, Middletown,
CT.
They were married at the family homestead by the Rev. John Pegg, Jr.,
pastor of the Methodist Church. Jim Strickland believes that the family
homestead was
on Huntington Hill Ave. Middletown Press.

Annie F. HUBBARD was born on August 15, 1843 in Long Hill, Middletown, CT.
She died on October 9, 1925 in Middletown. She was buried in
Pine Grove Cemetery.

Family stories say that a friend of the
couple wanted them to be married when the apple trees were in bloom,
hence they were married under the apple blossoms at this friend's house in Watertown.
