Last Will and Testament of Mary Feay |
I Mary Feay wife of Levi Feay of Springhill Township Fayette County pennsylvania being of sound mind but weak and low and feeling desirous to make a disposition of all my earthly claims it being a legacy bequeathed to me by by my Father James M. C. Coy of Washington County Maryland.
I will and bequeath the same to my husband Levi Feay together with all intrusts thereunto belonging and further all dues that may in any way to me be comeing I will and bequeath the same to my husband Levi Feay. In witness I Mary Feay of the County and State above named do make this my will and testament unto which I cause my name to written and make my own mark this twenty sixth day of December in the year of our Lord one thousand eight hundred and fifty.
