Dr. Dudley S. Fay, D.C. beloved husband of the late Opal M. (nee McClarren), dear father of Ruth L., brother of Eugene N., Jerry W., and the late Walter G., brother-in-law of Vera McClarren, dear uncle of six. Passed away Thursday, Jan. 16. Memorials may be forwarded to the Abiding Memorial Fund of Parma-South Presbyterian Church, 6155 Pearl Rd., Parma Hts.., Oh. 44130. Memorial service at Parma-South Presbyterian Church, Monday, Jan. 20 at 3 p.m. Private Internment Sunset Memorial Park. Friends may call at THE BUSCH FUNERAL HOME, A BUSCH FAMILY CHAPEL, 7501 RIDGE RD. FROM 7-9 P.M. SATURDAY, 2-4 and 7-9 P.M. SUNDAY AND FOLLOWING THE MEMORIAL SERVICE MONDAY.
Dudley S. Fay, practiced as chiropractor 53 years
Dudley S. Fay was a chiropractor and lifetime resident of Parma.
Mr. Fay died Thursday at Parma Community General Hospital. he was 85.
Mr. Fay practiced as a chiropractor for 53 years until retiring in 1981.
He was past president of the Ohio State Chiropractic Society and was a member of the International Chiropractic Association.
He was an ordained elder of the Parma South Presbyterian Church and was a charter member and board member of the Parma Area Historical Society.
Mr. Fay was born in 1906 in Parma. He was the great-grandson of Benejah Fay, one of the first settlers in Parma in 1816.
His hobbies included woodworking, fishing, and genealogy.
Survivors include a daughter, Ruth of Parma, and a brother.
Services will be today at 3 p.m. at Parma South Presbyterian Church, 6155 Pearl Rd., Parma.
