Came into Court Michael Ulerich Administrator of all and singular the Goods
and Chattels Rights and Credits which were of Michael Ulerich Deceased and
produced his Administration Account as settled with the Register of this County
whereby there appears to be a Ballance of the said Estate in his Hands of one hundred
and twenty six pounds and one shilling subject to distribution which being examined
and approved of It is thereupon Ordered and Decreed by the Court That
the said Michael Ulerich pay unto Ann Mary the Widow of the said Deceased the
sum of forty two Pounds in full for her share of the said Ballance as Widow of the said Deceased
That he retain in his Hands the sum of eighteen Pounds thirteen Shillings
and six Pence in full for his two shares of the said Ballance as eldest Son of the said
Deceased That he pay unto John Ulerich, Henry Ulerich and Lora Ulerich three of the
other children of the said Deceased or to the Guardians of such of them as are Minors the
sum of nine Pounds six Shillings and nine Pence each That the said Administrator
also pay to John Hereter and Catharine his Wife one of the Daughters of the said
Deceased the like sum of nine Pounds six Shillings and nine Pence in full
for her share of the said Ballance That he also pay unto Peter Willjard and Anna
Maria his Wife another of the Daughters of the said Deceased the like sum of nine Pounds
six Shillings and nine Pence in full for her share of the said Ballance That he also
pay unto John Gitting and Juliana his Wife another of the Daughters of the said Deceased
the like sum of nine Pounds six Shillings and nine Pence in full for her share of
the said Ballance That he also pay unto Abraham Bowser and Crete his Wife
another of the Daughters of the said Deceased the like sum of nine Pounds six
Shillings and nine Pence in full for her share of the said Balance which is the full
amount of the Money in his Hands ---------------
