Record Book 34, Pages 580-582- Filed 1 May 1872 James W. Brown et al vs Levi Terrell & William H. Terrell William Terrell died in August of 1871, owning the north half of the sout h-west quarter of Section 25 Township 4 Range 13 (Harrison Tp.); an equ al half in the south-east quarter of Section 26 Township 4 Range 13 (80 ac res (Harrison Tp.�; 15 acres from the south-west corner of the north-ea st quarter of Section 26 Township 4 Range 13 except one acre thereof so ld to John C. Terrell; 25 acres, nine and one quarter poles in the north-e ast corner of the south-east quarter of Section 32 Township 4 Range 13 (Ha rrison Tp.). A copy of his will, recorded 25 August 1871 in Champaign Coun ty, devised to his son, Levi Terrell, to be held by William H. Terre ll in trust, the said tract last above described (25 acres in Section 3 2) and the said Levi Terrell being of unsound mind, William H. Terrell w as made guardian. That parcel of land (25 acres) was found to be worth mo re than 1/8th of all of the other acreage and personal property of Willi am Terrell deceased. The court declared that because Levi received t he 25 acres he should be barred from receiving any more of the estate. Oth er heirs mentioned: �u��b�Sarah Ann, wife of James W. Brow�/u��/b�n; Susannah, wife of W illiam Huskamp; Mariam, wife of David Stanffer; David H. Terrell; Jo hn C. Terrell & Andrew J. Terrell (all plaintiffs).
