Samuel Logan died in 1813 seized of 30 acres in one plot and another 8 acres, both located in the nth half of Section 21 Township 5 Range 11 (Urbana 1p ) Samuel Logan left the following hiers Phebe Logan,widow, died about two years provious1y (circa 1833) Elizabeth wife of Jacob Claypole; Ruth wife of Henry Powell: Benjamin Logan; Phebe wife of Matthias McCumpsey, Ann wife of Henry Staymates of Hardin Couty Ohio, and Eliah Logan�tab�Elijah Logan Claimed that he had paid for Ann s portion of the land by providing for her before her marriage.
Matthias McCumosey clained that be had purchased Anns interest. On .3 April 1836 the case was continued.
