Saginaw
Saginaw's Past

1908 - Saginaw City Hall - completed in 1893 at S. Washington
Ave. corner of East Bristol. This building had a wing on either
side
added to
it sometime after 1908. The City Hall burned down ca. 1934-35.
There were originally two Saginaws. One was on the east
side at the
Genesee and Washington intersection and called "East Saginaw" and
the other at the Michigan and Court Street intersection
and called
"Saginaw". They merged into one city in 1887.
