One the website, there is one section entitled: Take a walk down the streets of Saginaw....
 
When I enter that page a color map appears, and there is a question posed below: Where were these Places?  Only one such site appears, that being Union Park.  I can answer that question.
 
Union Park was a horse track/park that occupied a large parcel of property, from roughly State Street north to Weiss Stree, and from roughly Durand Street east to perhaps Benjamin.  I will attach a map taken from the 1896 Saginaw atlas to better define it.
