Otto Geiger's Boats for hire
My
grandfathers boats if you are interested. They have some good pictures of a
lot of Saginaw people on them. My Grandfather rented these boats for parties
on the Saginaw River, he was the captain. I believe my dad told me that one
even had a piano on board. They are probably about 40 to 50 foot yachts.
If my memory is correct one dates back to 1910 and the last of the photos are
dated about 1920. One of the Geiger's lived
on a houseboat there in Saginaw... I wonder if a photo of that will show up on
your site! Gail
