| What a great picture of the parade. Do you know where in downtown the Pendall's that sets in the background of the parade was located. I swear that the upstairs of Pendall's is where NuArt beauty school was in the 1960s. My sister attended the beauty school then. I use to go with her on Saturday's and watch her do hair. I remember how hot it always was in the summer. They would open those big windows to try to get some air up there. There was a dry cleaners downstairs which made it worse. |
