St. Andrew's church is built in the Early English to Decorated styles and was drastically restored in 1858 and in 1890, when the North vestry was built. The exterior of the church has a 19th Century appearance. The Early English West tower has an embattled parapet built at a later date. The South aisle is about as broad as the nave. There is a South porch and a South chapel to the chancel. The arcade between the nave and the the aisle is of three bays with octagonal piers and Early Decorated capitals carved with foliage. The font is a 19th Century octagonal bowl, with a stone reading desk on one side, and supported on granite shafts.
