Ada WRIGHTON : 1899
1899 Ada WRIGHTON's dress was hand made and hand stitched by her. It was brown cotton with brown satin trim edging all of the tucks. The bottom of the skirt had a wide frill that was wider at the back so that it formed a train.
When she got married in 1905 it was still in perfect shape so she got married in it. The roses seen pinned to her dress were yellow and deep red. She was 17 years old at the time of the picture.
