Anthony WOODS and Anne POWELL had moved with their children to Northamptonshire between 1824 and 1829 and settled in Daventry. Anthony was thought to have been a shoemaker and may have descended from shoe makers. Their children William and Thomas were shoemakers. I'm descended from this branch of the family.
I would very much like to know more about any of the above, and in particular the George WOOD who married Elizabeth HUGGIN in Charlton on Otmoor in 1744/5.
I would also be interested in learning more about the places they lived. Any information much appreciated and will be happy to share more details of my WOOD/S of Banburyshire and Northamptonshire.
