GAY, KING HENRY
Services will be conducted
in the Greenlawn Chapel Teusday at 1:30 for King Henry Gay, 59, 1105 Sequoia drive, Oildale, who died
Dec. 20 in Klamath Falls, Ore. Interment will be in Greenlawn Memorial Park. Mr. Gay was a native of
Oklahoma and had resided in California for 36 years. He had been a truck driver for 40 years and was
last employed by Dudley Long Trucking. Mr. Gay was a member of the Rosedale Grange. Survivors include
his widow, Boyd Ester: six sons, Elmer of Santa Clara, J.W. of Chino, Leslie with the United States
Air Force, Thailand, David of Oildale, Bruce with the United States Army in Korea and Vernon with the
United States Army in Washington: four daughters, Janet Dresser of Bakersfield, Joyce Lombardi of San
Ardo, Mary Ann Eversole of Santa Ana, and Wada Faye Gay of the home address: two brothers Grover Gay
of Oklahoma and Edward Gay of Texas; five sisters, Laura McBee of Maricopa, Ozet (Ozuette) Welck and
Itaska Wirt, both of Oklahoma, Nancy Bielue (Beilue) of New Mexico and Inez Dugan of Texas; 27 grandchildren.
