Jackson, Elbert Francis of Rockdale, Age 84. Died 8/1964 (Friday) in a Taylor nuring home after a long
illness. Services held at Phillips & Luckey Chapel, Rockdale. Burial in Oak Lawn Cemetery at Rockdale.
Rev George Doss officiated. He was born 2/3/1881 and a native of Alabama. He had lived most of his
life in Texas. Survivors: Mrs Avy Jackson of Rockdale; 3 daughters, Mrs Euphia Caywood of Rockdale,
Mrs Pauline Williams and Mrs Evonell McMillan, both of Houston; 2 sons, Obie Jackson and Lester Jackson,
both of Rockdale; 3 sisters, Mrs John Berry and Mrs Frank Williams, both of Thorndale, Mrs Ollie Coupland
