About Phillip Houston Pippins:

Phillip Houston Pippins, 68, passed away at his home on Jan. 3, 2013. Phil was born, in Pensacola, to Mal and Idell Pippin (both deceased). He was predeceased by three granddaughters, Savannah, Janelle and Danielle.

Phil is survived by his son, Eric Colt Pippins; grandson, Eric Jr. and Gage; five brothers and sisters, Peggy (Reese) Dyer, Jim Pippins, Debby (Wayne) Melvin, Larry (Linda) Pippins and Patti (Reggie) Gilmore.

He is also survived by his half-brother, Joe (Cheri) Pippins, and half-sister, Mary (Steve) Fuller; stepbrother, Mike (Carole) Little, stepsister, Linda Fleming, and numerous nieces and nephews.

Phil, through his love of America, was proud to have served in the U.S. Navy during the Vietnam conflict.
