About Alice Fay Hill:
Alice Faye (Hill) Eiland Alice Faye (Hill) Eiland, 59, of Waxahachie passed away Tuesday, Jan. 18,
2011, at her home. She was born Nov. 12, 1951, in Boaz, Ala., to Herman Edward and Mary Lee (Maddox)
Hill. She was very active, artistic and a loving mother. Alice married Wayne Eiland on Jan. 8, 1994,
at the First United Methodist Church in Waxahachie.
Survivors include her loving husband of
17 years, Wayne Eiland of Waxahachie; one son, Derek Swindler and wife, Melissa of Waxahachie; two daughters,
Deanna Saylors and husband, Chris of Silverdale, Wash., and Mary Kyser of Red Oak; father, Edward Hill
of Boaz, Ala.; seven grandchildren; and a great-grandchild; four brothers, Larry Hill of Waxahachie,
Bobby Hill and Eddie Hill both of Dallas, and Michael Swindler of Boaz, Ala. and four stepchildren MOTHER
OF ALICE FAY HILL: Mary Lee Hill, 76, of Boaz, died Wednesday, Jan. 27, 2010, at her home. Services
will be today, Saturday, Jan. 30, at 2 p.m. at Shady Grove Baptist Church with the Rev. Larry Camp officiating.
Burial will follow in the adjoining cemetery. McRae Funeral home is in charge. Survivors include
her husband, Edward Hill, of Boaz; sons, Bobby Joe (Mary) Hill, Larry Wayne Hill and Edward Lee (Kristina)
Hill, all of Texas, and Michael Keith Swindler, of Boaz; daughter, Alice Fay (Wayne) Eiland; brother,
Jimmy Ray (Janice) Maddox, of Albertville; sisters, Juanita (Joe) Taylor and Linda (Ben) Eubanks, all
of Boaz; 20 grandchildren, 28 great-grandchildren and one great-great-grandchild.
