About William Nolan (Bill) Eiland Jr.:

William "Bill" N. Eiland, Jr. passed away suddenly on June 20, 2009. He was born on December 4, 1947 in Houston, TX to W. N. "Nolan" Eiland, Sr. and Louise Foltin Eiland. A graduate of Texas A&M University and Midwest Bible Institute, he previously served as the Executive Director of the Southeast Texas Housing Finance Corporation, the Baytown Housing Authority, and the Galveston Housing Finance Corporation. Bill was a devoted husband, father, and grandfather whose passion was spending time with his family. He was a longtime member of Trinity Tabernacle Assembly of God Church.

Bill is survived by his wife of 39 years Sandra J. Parsons Eiland; daughter Sandi L. Pittman and husband Jay; sons Travis W. Eiland and wife Amie, and Michael N. Eiland and wife Anna; grandchildren Quinton, Bethany, Reagan, and Jeremiah Pittman and Gracie and William Eiland; sisters Karen F. Harms, Brenda S. Shelander, and Linda L. Burress; and brother Gary W. Eiland.

His family will receive friends at Navarre Funeral Home Tuesday from 6:00 p.m. until 8:00 p.m. A funeral service will be held on Wednesday, June 24, 2009 at 11:00 am. at Trinity Tabernacle Assembly of God Church, 1008 E. Lobit, Baytown, TX 77520 with Rev. Larry Hayes officiating. Interment will be 1:00 p.m. Thursday, June 25, 2009 in the Noel Cemetery in Noel, Missouri. Memorial donations may be made to Trinity Tabernacle Assembly of God Church.
