He was born 12/11/1920 in Dallas to M/M Charles M & Ethel Ancell Nevitt. He had been a Rockdale resident for the past 4 years after moving from Kentucky. He was a retired iron worker with Alcoa. Member of U.S. Navy during WW-2 and member of Masonic Lodge 414 AF&AM, Rockdale. Memorials to Amer. Cancer Society. Survivors: 2 sons, Richard Nevitt of Houston and Mike Nevitt of Palestine; 2 daughters, Katheryn Moore of Bedford and Terry Wedemeier of Rockdale; special friend, Vera Miller of Rockdale; 10 grandchildren.
