Franklin and Colbert County
My family lived in the part of Franklin County that was set off as Colbert County in the 1860's, so these are two names for the same place. John ROSS, son of James ROSS and Margaret YOST, married about 1840 to Martha who may have been a BURNS. Three of their sons, John B., Jacob S., and Martin W., moved to Texas.
Birmingham
I am also researching the family of Samuel Coombe CAMPS and his wife, Mary DELBRIDGE, who settled in the Wylam area of Birmingham about 1895. They had 3 sons, two of whom raised families in Bham. Surnames of spouses were MORRIS, WALLS, and LOGAN.

Canadian and Kingfisher Counties
My great-grandfather, William Henry DELBRIDGE, settled in Downs Township, between the towns of Piedmont and Cashion, about 1909. He had 4 sons and a daughter, Mary, who married Paul KROBER.
Grant County
My families came to the Salt Fork area near Lamont in the Cherokee Strip land run of 16 Sept 1893. Most of them came from Kansas: STANLEY, HOLLOWAY, PATTON, and FAGG. Some of these families later lived in Payne and Kay counties.
Oklahoma County
Also researching the family of George E. SWISHER and his wife, Mae TRIMBLE, who came to Oklahoma City from Rushville, IL in 1905.
