* Phillip Cox b. 1709 d. 1785
     It is said he came from England, landed in New Jersey. He supposedly
     won Statton Island in a card game from the King of England who thought
     the land to be useless. He supposedly owned an entire county at one
     time, Harrison Co now-WV. Not sure of any of this but it is an
