* John McKenzie
     Oral family history says his home was near Dunfermline, Scotland, his
     family estate was called Delney. He moved near Halifax, Nova Scotia,
     Canada, and worked for the Cunard shipping company when daughter Jane
     was a child, then apparently moved with his family near Restigouche,
     New Brunswick, Canada.

     m. JAN 01 1855 Matthew John Child b. NOV 1830 d. OCT 23 1908
        Jane and Matthew married at the home of Donald McKenzie in Ekfrid
        township, they then settled in St. Thomas, CW, where their first two
        children were born. Sometime between Apr 1857 and May 1859 they moved
        to New Lisbon, OH, where two more children were born.
