IMMED Hamaland IV (also known as IMMED of Cleves) (ca. 950 - around 995 ) was the first husband after his death became well known Adela of Hamaland .

 

Little is known about him. Others say he is the eldest son of Count III IMMED (deceased in 953) of the sex of the IMMED and his wife Gisela (Keila).

Adela of Hamaland (c. 955; † 1021-1028 in Cologne ) was a Countess of Drenthe .

 

She was the younger daughter of Count Wichmann of Hamaland and Luitgard. Her father founded the pen Elten , the first abbess of her older sister was Luitgard. After the death of her father she called 973 to repay a portion of the donated possessions, because the donation had been made without their consent, as his heir.
