"SAMUEL BUCKINGHAM, second son of Thomas Buckingham, the Puritan settler; baptized June 13, 1641; married Dec. 14, 1663, Sarah Baldwin, daughter of Timothy Baldwin, one of the first settlers of Milford. They were admitted to full communion with the church April 9, 1692. Mr Buckingham died March 17, 1699-1700.
