He married (first) February 14, 1711-12, Eleanor Bennett, who died September 28, 1721; (second) December 17, 1729, Hannah Harlow, of an old Plymouth family. His wife Sarah survived him, and married, secondly, Samuel Carter (published April 3, 1703). Mr. Carter died Oct. 25, 1718; and she married, thirdly, Benjamin Eastman Oct 5, 1719.
