"106---SAMUEL NYE (Ichabod28, Jonathan5, Benjamin1), born at Middleboro, Mass., March 7, 1714. He married in Rochester, Mass., June 23, 1737, Lydia Benson. She died June 30, 1756. In 1748 he removed to New Braintree, Mass., and married (2d) November 16, 1756, Mrs. Mehitable Cannon, of that town. He later lived in Ware, Mass., and probably is the Samuel Nye who married in that town, January, 1793, Joanna Ellis.
