Daniel Brewster, baptized at St. Ethelbert's Parish Church, Alby, Norfolk, England, 31 Oct. 1662, dies about 1742; was Town Clerk of Brookhaven from 1711 to 1738, and Supervisor various years; married about 1693 Anna Jayne, daughter of William and Anna (Biggs) Jayne of Brookhaven. His Bible record belonged, not long since, to Mrs. Julia Etta Hicks of Hicks, Chenango County, N. Y. Children:
