"(III) Ezra, second son of Captain John Davis, was born in Biddeford, Maine, February 20, 1719-20. His wife's name was Sarah, and there is strong circumstantial evidence that she was the daughter of Robert Edgecomb, of Saco. He died July 26, 1800, and was buried in Limington, where his sons had settled.".
