This is the only source I find showing Hezekiah is Josiah and Dinah's son.

Hezekiah Talcott died in Leyden, Lewis Co., N. Y., March 16, 1813, ae. 75. Sarah, his widow,died in Leyden, Lewis Co., N. Y., Feb. 26, 1819, ae. 76.
HEZEKIAH TALCOTT removed from Durham, Conn., in 1798, to Leyden, was one of the earliest settlers of that town, and one of its prominent men. He lived to a ripe old age, and was a man of wealth and influence in the county. His numerous descendants are found not only in the county where he resided, but throughout the whole western portion of the country."
